GreenWashrooms is a trading style of ADVRT Marketing LTD ("we", "us", "our"), the data controller for the information you submit. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). By using this website and submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who we are

GreenWashrooms is an independent comparison service that helps UK businesses find and compare washroom, hygiene and sanitary service providers. We are an introducer only and do not provide washroom services ourselves. The site and brand are operated by ADVRT Marketing LTD. Note: business contact data is still personal data under UK GDPR where it identifies an individual, and is treated as such throughout this policy.

All personal data submitted through this website is stored and processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

As you complete the enquiry form, your answers are held only within your own browser until you submit them. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to submit your enquiry. On submission, your information is transferred securely to our system.

5. Legal basis for processing

Our lawful basis for processing and sharing your enquiry data is your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), business-to-business follow-up by phone or email is permitted under the corporate subscriber rules; consent remains our basis and we state it plainly here.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve any disputes.
