GreenWashrooms is a free comparison service that connects UK businesses with providers of washroom, hygiene and sanitary services. We are an introducer only: we do not supply washroom services ourselves, and we are not party to any contract you enter into with a provider.
2. Using the service
When you submit an enquiry you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must be authorised to request quotes on behalf of the business you represent. You agree not to misuse the service or submit enquiries that are false, fraudulent or made without a genuine interest in the services offered.
Our service is free to use. Providers pay us a fee or commission for introductions; this never affects the price you pay.
3. Quotes and providers
We aim to match your enquiry with a suitable provider, but we do not guarantee that a quote will be offered, that any particular provider will contact you, or that you will achieve any specific saving. Availability depends on your location and requirements.
Any quote, contract, service or communication between you and a provider is solely between you and that provider. We are not responsible for the accuracy of quotes, the quality of services supplied, or the conduct of any provider. You are responsible for reviewing and satisfying yourself about any offer before entering into a contract.
4. Consent to be contacted
By submitting an enquiry you consent to your details being shared with the single licensed washroom and hygiene service provider matched to your enquiry, and to being contacted by them and by us about that enquiry. Your details are not shared with a panel of providers. Full detail on how we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to ADVRT Marketing LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from any dealings with a provider introduced through it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
