Free · No obligation · One good match, not a barrage of sales calls

Sound familiar?

Missed or late collections

Bins left overflowing, service dates that slip. You chase them, they don't call back.

Prices that keep creeping up

Renewal after renewal, the invoice grows and the service doesn't. Time to see what else is out there.

Nobody to actually talk to

The big national providers can be hard to reach when something goes wrong. A local provider picks up.

Before you switch

Check your contract end date and notice period

Most washroom contracts with the big national providers roll over automatically and carry a notice period, often 90 days before the renewal date. Before you commit to switching, dig out your agreement and note two things: when the current term ends, and how much notice you have to give. Get it wrong and you can end up paying two providers at once.

Not sure where you stand? Tell us your renewal timing in the form and a matched provider can help you line up the switch so there's no overlap and no wasted month.

Switching provider: common questions

How do I switch washroom provider?

Tell us about your premises and current setup and we match you with one vetted, licensed local provider. They quote for the service, and if you go ahead they arrange installation and collections. Before you commit, check your existing contract's end date and notice period so there's no overlap between the two providers.

Can I switch before my current contract ends?

Usually you switch at the end of your current term to avoid paying two providers at once. Most washroom contracts renew automatically and carry a notice period, often around 90 days before the renewal date, so it helps to line up a new provider in advance and time the changeover for when your current agreement ends.

What notice do I need to give my current provider?

It depends on your agreement, but the big national providers commonly require notice well before the renewal date. Dig out your contract and note the end date and the notice window. A matched provider can help you plan the switch around those dates.

Will switching disrupt my washroom service?

It shouldn't. A good provider coordinates the changeover so new bins are in place as the old service ends, with no gap in collections. Timing the switch around your current contract's end date is the main thing to get right.
